After a good workout or not this is a great smoothie! Healthy smoothies offering superfoods and supplements add on which is hard to find now a days at a smoothie shop! This spot is a gemstone. They even sell pre-workout! Oh and don’t let me get started with their friking healthy plant base energy drinks and you can add boba!!?!?!?!?! I am so grateful to have this at my Gym 💗🙏🏾 I will be having custom made smoothie VIP 😉
